Medcom at InnoTrans 2022
In 2050, the European Union is to be climate neutral, and public transport will be powered by clean, green energy from renewable sources and hydrogen. In line with the targets adopted by the European Union in the climate strategy, by 2030, 100 cities should achieve climate neutrality, the number of rail express services will double, and all scheduled collective travel up to 500 kilometres will be neutral in terms of carbon dioxide emissions.

Thirteen energy-efficient Hyundai Rotem trams already in Warsaw
13 Hyundai Rotem trams have already been delivered to Warsaw. The first two successfully passed all tests and became the property of Tramwaje Warszawskie. More Hyundai trams will join them in the days and weeks to come − after the acceptance process is completed. There are also more vehicles on the way from South Korea, including the first 24-meter tram. All of them have been equipped with Medcom power electronic devices.

Record energy efficiency of new trams for Warsaw
An order for the delivery of 123 Hyundai Rotem vehicles is being executed in Warsaw. The first trams have already arrived at the capital city and their parameters turned out to be even better than initially expected.

The 14th edition of the TRAKO International Railway Fair was held in September 2021. Medcom was once again awarded in prestigious competitions for its innovative power electronic devices. This time, the winners were solutions for locomotives, passenger cars, and trams.
