MEDCOM is established in Warsaw
1990
Production of a 16 kVA off-line emergency power supply for hospitals begins started
1992
First buffer power supply in the IGBT technology
1993
First railway static converter in the IGBT technology
1996
First implementation of equipment for extreme enviroment
1999
Design of a 30 kW AC/DC power supply module
2003
Production of multi-system railroad high-power traction converters for voltage ranges compliant with the UIC begins
2006
First asynchronous drive system with a capacity of 2 MW
2010
A new factory in Warsaw and a Commercial Office in São Paulo are opened
2013
The E-recycler – a supercapacitor-based energy recovery system
2014
A static converter in the SiC technology
2016
Implementation of the complete SiC technology in the new products. Production of a new line of chargers for electric buses begins.
2017
Commencement of construction of the world's first multi-system drive and power system for EMU using SiC technology;. Inauguration of the 2017/2018 postgraduate program in Power Electronics.
2018
Expansion of factory and new training and laboratory center in Warsaw.
2020
Start of deliveries for largest streetcar contract - Warsaw Trams - Hyundai Rotem

First supercapacitor system for hybrid trainsets
